Woodland Park Addition is a 250 acre master planned community located in one of Midland’s most prestigious areas, just north of Saddle Club Estates and adjacent to Midland Country Club. Situated at the north end of "A" Street [locator map], Woodland Park Addition includes a 12-acre park with pond and walking trail. The community will be divided into three areas:
- Spruce Ridge – 2,000 to 2,500 square feet homes with smaller low maintenance yards
- Pine Ridge – 2,500 to 3,500 square feet homes
- Aspen Ridge – Restricted area with lot sizes from 14,000 to 17,000 square feet; minimum 3,500 square feet homes
A club house, pool, children's splash pool, and playground have been built in the southern section of the community. The southwest corner of the community has been designated as a city park and school site.
Although school district alignment is subject to change, the Woodland Park Addition is currently served by the following Midland Independent School District campuses: Midland High School, Goddard Jr. High and Santa Rita Elementary.
