  • R30 insulation in the attic
  • All exterior walls of the home are wrapped with plastic to provide a wind barrier
  • All holes in plates for electrical wiring are filled with expanding foam
  • Expanding foam is placed around all windows

• Ten year RWC/H.O.M.E. warranty
  
  
• One year Builder’s warranty
